This column continues the life story of Ines Fraser, widow of Jack Fraser, who along with his brother Al, was brutally murdered by Mexican bandits in the February robbery. Ruby is one of the remaining well preserved towns from the historic mining era of Arizona. There were a couple of murders and robberies in the town of Ruby leading to the capture of two men named Placido Silvas and Manuel Martinez. These men were convicted of murder with Martinez being put to death on August 10th, for his role in the murders.
